Biography
Since his childhood he was interested in art, which was mainly reflected in countless drawings. Most of his classmates just drew, because this was a compulsory school subject, but Dieter really enjoyed it and started making a lot of drawings in his spare time. Later this passion would translate into the first paintings.
He has always been fascinated by beauty and art. Art and aesthetics are everywhere. Just think about everyday things. Why did you buy this particular brand? Why is your car red? Why did we choose three different colors for the living room? Why do furniture stores offer 1000 different chairs, they're just for sitting, right?...
This fascination led to taking numerous creative courses and workshops, such as color and style consultants, photography, furniture renovation, flower arranging and make-up, to name just a few. As soon as it is creative, it qualifies.
The paintings are abstract. They are decorative but they also try to capture your emotions. In addition to decorating your walls, they also tell a lot about the artist and the buyer. Dieter prefers to share his vision and art with people who understand and appreciate the story behind the work. Some paintings have a rather funny or even sometimes sarcastic undertone, which becomes visible in the name of the painting or the story behind it.
This self-taught artist expresses his vision on diversity in a creative way. Diversity offers the opportunity for solidarity, where each element, through its shape and its individuality, makes a valuable contribution to the whole.
