Biography
Mia van der Moolen has been teaching dozens of students for many years. The lessons are often about the basic techniques of the various painting options, but the pleasure of making also plays a very important role. The opportunity arose to have an exhibition with the theme "old masters" in the Novotel Schiphol Airport hotel with a large number of the students. How cool is it to let students create an “old master” in their own style and interpretation and then have it exhibited!
14 students took up this challenge together with Mia and now have their work on display in this beautiful hotel and as an extra, they were even allowed to provide 2 free works to hang on each floor of the hotel opposite the elevator.
