Biography
Mutate was born in 1983 and grew up in Upper Lusatia.
Painting has always been part of his life. However, the intensive activity and research began at a stage of life in which he devoted himself to his second passion, music. It was she who inspired him during this time. It was first the faces of musicians - exhausted and scarred by life - that aroused his interest. This is how the first portraits were created, e.g. B. by Eric Burdon, Keith Richards or Lemmy. It is not certain what an image will ultimately look like.
Mutate paints how he sees things, how he perceives the world at the moment of painting. Free from interpretations, he leaves it to the viewer to perceive the image with his eyes and his feelings.
