Biography
Stefan Postol, October 13, 1976 Oradea, Romania. Stefan graduated from the Lyceum for Art there and received the certificate for “industrial design” and the diploma as “art pedagogue” with the specialization “therapy through art”.
Since his student days he has drawn caricatures and street portraits in almost all EU countries. He also provided murals, restorations and made paintings, sculptures and design works in Romania, the US, Hungary, Morocco, Spain, Austria and the Netherlands. Since 2015 he has lived in Amsterdam with his family.
His murals are of impressive size and are characterized by powerful colors and contemporary pop art influences. The paintings on canvas are powerful works of various provocative subjects. He uses a mix of techniques, with “dripping” being the most dominant. The main collection has “contradiction” as its subject. Stefan's work mainly consists of creating murals, wall reliefs, sculptures and artificial rocks. He provides this worldwide for conference rooms, offices, hotels, shops, malls, homes, restaurants and spas.
