Biography
Jeannette Quakkelaar is a versatile visual artist (KABK, The Hague, 1996) with painting at her core.
Her oeuvre combines a fine sense of color and clear compositions with an intuitive, experimental approach.
In addition to painting, she works in wearable design, including unique bags and clothing inspired by her paintings; the studio for this wearable art is on a boat.
The launch name SYTB (show your true beauty) grew into her company name and umbrella for all works.
Future-oriented, she develops meditative painting workshops in a special bank setting, with boat transport to and from the location.
